IN OUR TERMS & CONDITOINS; 

Reference to ‘You’ means you and all persons traveling on your booking. Reference to ‘We’ and ‘Us’ means Nay Chi & La Min Travels and Tours Co.,Ltd. Receipt by us of your initial booking deposit implies that you and all persons in your party have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. The information published on website is provided as a service to users, to be used for informational purposes only.

ACCEPTANCE & MODIFICATIONS   

This website (www.visitmyanmartravel.com) is the property of Naychi & Lamin Travels and Tours Co.,Ltd. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before continuing your use of this Web Site. By using this website you agree that you consent to and are bound by the following terms and conditions.  We, Naychi & Lamin Travels and Tours  reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. By using this Web Site after We have posted notice of such modifications, alterations or updates, You agree to be bound by such revised Terms.

TOUR  COST

All tour cost are net in MMK (Myanmar Kyats) and subjected to change without prior notice. IF you want to pay in USD, Tour cost will calculate with everyday official exchange rates. (please note we do not accept old, stain, torn, small head dollar bill but accept only new and perfect condition preferably large bill).

BOOKING PROCEDURE;

After receiving your acceptance of the itinerary, price and payment procedure, we will ask you a deposit. All bookings are accepted on the assumption of availability (request basis) and your booking will be confirmed only upon confirmed receipt of the requested deposit. We may not be able to hold availability for any products or services until your deposit is received.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & REFUND;

You have to pay a deposit in order to confirm your travel arrangements with us. The deposit amount may vary according to the tour and services which you booked. Normally, after tour confirmation 25% deposit of net price is requested in order to guarantee your reservation. And the full payment must be paid 45 days before your arrival day to Myanmnar. If you do not make full payment for your tour by the required date we will consider the booking cancelled and you will forfeit any deposit paid. After commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part, will be given for unused services included in the program unless it is directlycaused by us.

AMENDMENTS:

If you want to change any services of your tour you should contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist with your request. If the change is minor   we won’t charge further cost to you. If the change requires more work on our behalf or involves charges levied by our suppliers, we will pass an appropriate charge onto you and we may ask you to pay the charge before we action the change. We will make fullest possible endeavor to keep up with the original program and   arrangements as agreed upon to the best of our capacity, however due to the factors beyond our control, (for instance, a change in flight or ferry schedules, lack of hotel or transport availability, technical problems with transport) we may have to make changes. We reserve the right to do this at any time without any compensation to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understands that cancellations are a part of the travel business. So we try to be as flexible as possible with our policy. We will always try  to minimize any cancellation fees to all our clients. You should let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your booking and should request  that we acknowledge receipt your cancellation. No refund will be considered in the  event that you are refused entry to Myanmar.                                    

Our cancellation fees as follows;                                            

45 days before arrival : Nil

40-30 days before arrival; 35 % on tour Price

30-21 days prior to arrival ; 50 % on tour Price

21-7 days prior to arrival ; 75 % on tour Price

Less than 7 days prior to arrival ; 100 % on tour Price

No Show; 100 % on tour Price

INSURANCE:

To come and visit  Myanmar, you must to buy Inbound Travel Accident Insurance For Visitors To Myanmar, from Myanmar Insurance. You can buy online easily, please check more information for  Myanmar Insurance,

Nay Chi & La Min Travels & Tours (www.visitmyanmartravel.com) is the agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motorcar, motor-coach, boat, airplane or any other means of transport and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity. There is no responsibility for losses or additional expenses dueto accident, delay or changes and other unexpected causes such as sickness, weather, strike etc. Nay Chi & La Min Travels & Tours also reserves the right to modify or  reverse the original programs in the interest of the clients. Nay Chi & La Min Travels & Tours may substitute flights with train/coach services when deemed necessary due to circumstances unforeseen or beyond its control. However, Nay Chi & La Min Travels & Tours will always make full endeavors to keep up the original tour programs and arrangements.
